Homework 05th of April 2019

I tried to dissolve several products in glass of cold and hot water.
They were

  1. Barley
  2. Porridge
  3. Rice
  4. Cornflower
  5. Jelly powder (strawberry)

At first I prepared cold and hot water plastic cups and placed barley there. Barley is not dissolve in cold water but it swells up in time left in hot water for 30 minutes.

Second was porridge and after being placed in cold water it did not dissolves, but swells up in hot water left for 30 minutes.

Third was rice and it did not dissolve in cold water but after being placed in hot water and left there for 30 minutes it swells up.

As a fourth I was testing cornflower. Cornflower mixed nicely in cold water and dissolve but after being mixed with hot water it thickened the water.

As a fifth and last I was trying to dissolve gelatin, actually strawberry jelly powder, which not dissolve in cold water leaving transparent flakes in pink water. After mixing in hot water, however, it dissolved completely. I placed the container in the fridge for 3 hours as producer recommended and after that time my jelly become solid.

Unfortunately my mum camera did not work and we wasn't able to take any pictures, but we are planning to do some more tests over the weekend and then I am going to add pictures.

Homework 22nd of March 2019

Level 1

"Moana" Storyboard

Story begins when grandma Tala tells all of the children about the story of Maui. While all the children were scared of the story, Moana was the only one that was not scared of the tale.

Little Moana goes out to find some sea-shells on her own, but as she walks closer into the water it moves back making a path. As she walks she finds a green shiny stone and she keeps it.

Moana grows a bit older and now has responsabilities as the next Queen to be since she is the King's daughter.  She still wants  to go out to sea and have fun.

Moana grows into a teenager and one day sees her grandma dancing to the sea, so she joins in.
Grandma told her how to save the Island and Moana decided to do it without asking for help and against her father's will.

Soon Moana found a boat with grandma Tili, but before she decided to go sailing she received news of her grandmas death.
Moana's grandmas ghost appeared and  given her the necklace that grandmother used to wear.

While Moana was sailing on the sea, a terrible storm that had struck in the night and Moana had woken up on an island and she had seen a man with her boat. Moana grabbed her wooden paddle and the man had took it and gave an autograph, as he thought that she came take one from him, because he was a half God.

Maui, the half God, put Moana in a cave and went on the boat. Moana found a way out but Maui was to far, so Moana tried to swim but then something weird happned, the water was making Moana swim faster. After that Moana and Maui came to an agreement.

Maui and Moana jumped down to a large trapdoor leading to a crab who was named Tamatoa. He had Maui's staff but Tamatoa kept fighting and hurting Maui.
Moana was put in a cage but luckily got out and saw some green goo and a rock which was shaped like the one on her necklace, so she painted it with the goo and it glowed.
She offered it to Tamatoa.

After they left Maui had a transforming problem and had turned into a Sharkman. He managed to fixed the problem and back to being Demi-God again.

Moana and Maui had arrived at Fiti's location and Moana had walked over to Fiti with the ocean water around her and gave her the stone.

Soon Moana and Fiti were together but Fiti looked different she had grass all over her Moana was standing in her hand gracefully as the wind blew.

Royal Opera House - 2nd of April 2016

The royal Opera House
Ballet:
" Giselle"

We, my mom and me, few colleagues from school and lady from Lambeth council, who organised the event for us, went with miss Rhian from Granton Primary School
to Royal Opera House, to see the ballet "Giselle".
It is the most exquisite place to watch dance,
and the bars are fabulously atmospheric to have a drink or snack in.
The staff were very kind and helpful, show us how the clothes and decorations are made and even helped us to prepare something four ourselves.
Ballet was absolutely amazing and ballerinas pretty as an angels.
The place is absolutely stunning and the quality of the shows was outstanding!
Worth a visit just to stay there and admire the place.
I highly recommend to anyone who's visiting or living in London!
